Terms of Use

Last updated 28 September 2026.

Envoy is the mail app The House of Kemmy (“we”) provides to the people and organisations whose email we host. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

Your mailbox is provided under your organisation’s agreement with The House of Kemmy. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away at hi@kemmy.org if you think someone else has it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app or your mailbox to send spam, phishing, malware, or anything unlawful, or to harass anyone. We may suspend a mailbox that does, to protect you, other customers and the reputation of our mail servers.

Your mail

Your messages belong to you. We store and deliver them to provide the service, and do not read them except where you ask us to for support, or where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

The app

We work hard to keep the app reliable and secure, and update it regularly. It is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

App stores

If you got the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, their standard terms for apps also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support; we are.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
